My career spans more than 30 years, including 17 years in the insurance & financial services industry. I also founded, built, and successfully sold a national marketing communications firm, giving me firsthand insight into the opportunities, challenges and decisions business owners face when considering a transition.

That experience shapes how I work today. I understand that a successful transition is about far more than achieving the highest valuation. Confidentiality, timing, cultural alignment, protecting your team, and finding the right long-term partner often matter just as much.

 

Today, I focus exclusively on off-market insurance agency introductions, connecting owners with a vetted network of buyers when there's a genuine strategic, cultural, and personal fit.

I live in Celina, Texas, with my wife, Lisa. We've been blessed to raise three wonderful children.
